RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of the products, Covid-19, and services provided, there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. If a customers order is incorrect, reasonable effort will be made to adjust to the client’s request. However once the client has had the items in their possession for more than 7 days, there’s will be no further alterations made, no refunds, no returns, no exceptions. We humbly thank you for understanding this matter. In an effort to keep our current return policy, please read the product description to ensure you are ordering the correct size. 

SHIPPING: 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS  

Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct prior to completion of your order. Due to cardholder security, we will no longer update shipping addresses. 

UNVERIFIABLE ADDRESSES 

Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed.  Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail.  Include apartment or suite Numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.   

 

'RETURN TO SENDER'  

Packages that are 'returned to sender' due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer, will be issued a store credit minus shipping costs. 

 

TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I DON'T HAVE MY ORDER WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact your local USPS post office providing your tracking details. If your package is confirmed as lost or stolen, please initiate a Lost/Stolen package claim with UPS/USPS. We will not replace UPS/USPS confirming package(s) delivery. 

 

ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it.

 

ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIMEFRAME 

All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days. However, Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in house, orders may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to ship.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: At Last Fashion and Lifestyle Toggery requires a minimum offers 4 payment installations through ShopPay, or of a 50% deposit or full payment to began custom unit customization for Iconic LUXE Units. The remaining balance of all units will be invoiced, once the unit is completed. All invoices must be paid in 24 hrs of receipt. If the remaining balance is not received within 24hours, there will be a $30 late fee attached , in addition to a storage fee of $15 each day after for up to 15 days. After 15 days of non-payment, the customer relinquishes their deposit and finished unit to At Last Fashion and Lifestyle Toggery LLC. and Iconic Edge Beauty LLC. 

INSPIRATION PICS: Photos are encouraged to be sent to estyles1@icloud.com to give inspiration. Replicas will not be created, however they are used as a guide to customize your unit.
